Mike reports to Group CEO, Mike Norris and is accountable for all our activities in the region. Prior to joining Computacenter, he spent more than 10 years at CompuCom Systems Inc. where he last held the position of Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Strategy and Design. Before joining CompuCom, Mike served in a variety of IT service roles at GE Capital IT Solutions.
Mike holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Cornell University.
Vice President, Contractual Services
Shawn is responsible for all service management and operational delivery within the Americas. His focus is on ensuring that all service commitments are satisfied as a building block to growing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our customers.
Prior to joining the company, Shawn spent 12 years at CompuCom Systems, Inc. in a variety of service management, operational delivery, sales and solution design roles, with his last five years at VP-level. Prior to CompuCom, Shawn was a Black Belt and global program manager at GE IT Solutions. Shawn holds a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cornell University.
Vice President, Finance
Mark joined Computacenter in the US in January 2017. Having worked for the Group since 2006 in a variety of finance roles, he current responsibilities include providing financial and commercial decision guidance; financial reporting, forecasting and planning, and business performance measurement.
In total, Mark has over 14 years’ experience in finance within the IT industry having previously been employed with Sun Microsystems, Oracle and Novell.
Vice President, Professional Services
Paul’s responsible for the delivery of user-centric, high quality professional services across the Americas business. His focus is to ensure existing best practice, innovation and expertise deliver outstanding experiences to our clients and lay the foundations for long-term regional partnerships.
He has been with Computacenter for more than a decade rising through the organization to carry out a number of key roles. Specializing in international operations he was responsible for the delivery of contractual and professional services outside our traditional European core territories to some of our largest global clients.
Paul holds professional accreditations in a range of technology, project and service management disciplines.
Vice President, Human Resources
Catherine is responsible for delivering the people agenda to support the growth of the US and Mexico operations, and to help the Americas organisation drive business performance through the engagement and development of their people.
She draws on over 20 years’ experience in high performing global businesses, particularly in the acquisition and transformation of organisations, developing talent development solutions and change management.
Prior to Computacenter, Catherine worked for a broad range of global organisations such as Telefonica/O2, Cable &Wireless and ABN AMRO in a variety of industries including telecommunications, retail, financial services and distribution.
Catherine is trained in the Co-Active Coaching programme by the CTI, certified by the International Coaching Federation and is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership. She speaks English, Spanish and German.
Vice President, Business Development
David is responsible for Business Development in the Americas. His focus is on alignment and future development of our capabilities to meet the increasing requirements of our clients in the region, ensuring that we can provide the broad range of capabilities required to enable users in the digital world.
David moved to the US in 2013 having previously been in Service Management, Commercial Management and Sales roles in our international business, working with clients in the Finance, Oil & Gas, Telecoms, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Computacenter in 2000, David worked with a UK based IT outsourced organization.
He began his career with The Royal Bank of Scotland in Corporate Banking before moving to their internal IT function. In total he has 25 years experience in the outsourced IT industry.
